For Plot Holders, we host a series of events organised by volunteer members of the Management Committee and Plot Holders.
Join us to celebrate summer and the amazing produce grown by our plot holders.
We will host a BBQ with a range of food and drinks for purchase on the day.
Everyone is welcome to contribute salads, sauces, relishes and sweets to share.

We are participating in The Worlds Biggest Coffee morning to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Everything raised on the day will be donated so your contributions and participation will be gratefully welcomed.

Eat something delicious! Join us for tea, coffee and of course tables of scrumptious baking to feast on.
Fulham Palace Meadows Allotment Association requires all Plot Holders to renew their Tenancy Agreement in person on an annual basis. We review residency status to ensure our 409 Plots are in the hands of local residents and take the rental payments in person.
Renewals take place on specified weekends from December leading up for to the renewal deadline in January. Towards the end of each year, an email will be sent to all plot holders with notifications of dates and guidance on how to renew.
Fulham Palace Meadows Allotment Association hold their Annual General Meeting in March, every year at St Etheldreda Church Hall. As well as discussing the Association's business, the election of Officers (Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and Assistant Secretary) and members to the Management Committee.
This meeting allows all members to hear what's going on with the Association and the opportunity to ask question on how the allotments are run, what issues we face in the coming year and to put forward suggestions.
All Officers and members of the Management Committee are volunteers and in accordance with our Rules, they must all resign every year (and can stand for re-election).
This Meeting is open to Plot Holders whom must present their Association Membership card for entry.
