Fulham Palace Meadows Allotment Association hold their Annual General Meeting in March, every year at St Etheldreda Church Hall. As well as discussing the Association's business, the election of Officers (Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and Assistant Secretary) and members to the Management Committee.
This meeting allows all members to hear what's going on with the Association and the opportunity to ask question on how the allotments are run, what issues we face in the coming year and to put forward suggestions.
All Officers and members of the Management Committee are volunteers and in accordance with our Rules, they must all resign every year (and can stand for re-election).
This Meeting is open to Plot Holders whom must present their Association Membership card for entry.
